fix(drag): preserve release continuity and examples (#413)

* docs: add scoped motion classes guide

Document the scoped:class companion workflow for motion components
and add a live example showing parent-scoped CSS on motion.h2.

Add a polished drag constraints docs example with light and dark
mode styling, plus a focused local parity route for Motion.dev-style
constraint review.

Cover the new test route with Playwright so constrained drag release
continues to settle inside the measured bounds.
