feat(docs): refresh docs site — docs-kit 2026.6.16, example mirrors, GEO/SEO (#20)

* fix(docs): keep JSON demo card at a fixed height

The home page JSON demo card sized to its content, so collapsing the
root shrank the box down to the single `{ ... }` line. Pin the card to
a fixed height and let the inner tree fill and scroll within it.

- .json-card: flex column with fixed height (was max-height)
- .sjv-container: flex: 1 / min-height: 0 (was max-height)

* build(docs): update docs-kit to 2026.6.16 and wire IndexNow

Bump the docs site's @humanspeak/docs-kit pin from 8d0a50f (2026.5.46)
to tag 2026.6.16 — 21 commits of feature work. The social-card redesign,
OG rewrite, SEO-head URL fix, header additions (system theme toggle,
keyboard-shortcut hint), and motion controls come through automatically;
SeoH1 is auto-rendered by RootLayout and stays inert until a page sets
seo.h1.

Also wire the new IndexNow build plugin (submits changed URLs to Bing /
Yandex on deploy), gated behind `vite build --mode indexnow` so ordinary
builds never ping. Adds the static key verification file and a
build:indexnow / deploy script pair mirroring svelte-markdown.

pnpm 11 no longer reads pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies from package.json, so
move it to pnpm-workspace.yaml — without it, docs-kit's git-hosted
prepare/build is blocked and a clean install fails.

exampleMirrorsPlugin and the split demo loaders are intentionally not
adopted: they require migrating every example page to the ExampleV2 /
`const sections` authoring format, which is a separate change.
