perf(component): compile expected patterns once (#168)

* perf(component): compile expected patterns once

Compile immutable template metadata when original text changes and reuse it
for capture extraction. Add deterministic reuse coverage and a visible browser
diagnostic with a 250 ms per-change ceiling.

* docs(guard): record Plan 001 verification

Record the reviewed snapshot, independently reproduced gates, PASS verdict,
and PR integration for the completed component performance plan.

* fix(diagnostics): make reruns and diff output visible

Paint the running state before measurements and expose the actual mounted
component in a readable capability preview. Extend browser coverage to prove
the rerun transition, disabled control, and highlighted boundary output.

* docs(guard): record diagnostics revision review

Document the operator-reported visual gap, the executor revision, reproduced
interaction checks, visual inspection, and restored PASS verdict.

* refactor(expectedPatterns): drop dead code left by the compile-once change

- remove the unused ParseResult.parts field and its build loop (zero
  consumers; leftover interleaving representation superseded by matches)
- delete cleanTemplate and its tests: the component now uses the
  precomputed parseResult.cleanedText, so it had no shipped caller and
  duplicated the inline <name> placeholder logic (coverage preserved via
  the cleanedText assertion)
- drop the no-op regex.lastIndex reset in extractCaptures (line regexes
  use only the 'd' flag, so exec never advances lastIndex)

* fix(diagnostics): address component performance review
