Add w3m dump functions and XSS protection with English/Chinese comments

- Add Dump转换网页 and Dump转换链接 functions to w3mdebugzh package
- Fix XSS in Show标题内容 with html.EscapeString
- Add English/Chinese comments to source and test files
- Upgrade to go 1.25.0 and update go-webpage to v0.0.8
- Update workflow tools (checkout@v6, setup-go@v6, golangci-lint@v9, codeql@v4)
- Add standard README footer template and GitHub Stars section
- Add example tests in internal/examples (example1, example2)
