update testify to v1.12.0

drops go-spew and go-difflib from the module graph, testify no longer needs them.
go directive stays at 1.24.0.

golang.org/x/sync and golang.org/x/time left alone, every version past the current
one declares go 1.25.0 and would raise the directive.
