Make application compatible with Python 2.7/3.x

- Update README:
  - Fix typo creating django user
  - Use ganache-cli instead of TestRPC

- Update libraries:
  - psycopg2
  - django-eth-events version (version 1.0.29 compatible with Python3)
  - google auth dependency
  - six

- Python 2/3.x fixes:
  - Adapt lambdas for Python3
  - Make iteritems compatible
  - Map returns iterables in Python3 instead of lists, so use imap for Python2
  - Use iterators for filters
  - Encode bytes in json as ascii

- Add Python 3.6 to travis
