Optimize scoreboard

- Times went from 3 minutes to 10 seconds
- Rename _id fields to _address (outcome_token_id -> outcome_token_address, participant_id -> participant_address, etc.)
- Optimize number of participations query
- Use Django ORM queries
- Add profiling
- Open transaction atomic outside loop
- Update scoreboard using Django update
- Use django timezone instead of python datetime
- Fix bought all outcomes (no order present)
- Reset user data using django
- Clean imports
- Add function to see if event is categorical/scalar
