Bump 0.4.2 Ensure the `Tortoise.Connection.renew/1` returns :ok

This caused the `Tortoise.Connection.Receiver` to crash on its
assertion when it request a reconnect.

I am sorry for the amount of releases today. I should eat some food
and test my software better before making releases :)
