IPCamera polish

- TakeSnapshot has been added to the Taxonomy, so getting rid of the
  extension. Also, the new type is now compatible with what the setter
  actually returns;

- Since Id is optimized for comparison and storage, rather than for
  Id::new(), removing all the dynamic calls to Id::new();
