feat(register):  use latest validation mecanics

Replace mini-service-utils.validateParams() with manual validation and mini-service-utils.enrichError()

Error message when invoking an API with too many parameters is slightly different.
Previously: `must contain at most`, now: `"x" is not allowed`.

Dependencies update.

Replace jsDoc with Docma, cause the outcome is nicer.
