Commit Message

Refactor lint and style checks.

It removes the strict linting and style checks of the some rules. There
are not forbidded anymore:

- `null`
- `var`
- `asInstanceOf`
- `isInstanceOf`
- `overloading`
- `mutable datastructures`

Additionally, removed not maintained `ExtraWarts` linting plugin.
