Commit Message

Chore: Update dist setup

In order to ensure that new releases work properly, this commit
overrides the version of ubuntu used for github actions to be at least
ubuntu 22.04 instead of ubuntu 20.04. This is because github actions no
longer supports the older image of ubuntu.
