Update the gitignore

The 'dummy' Rails app in the specs is used to simulate the gem installed
in a Rails app, none of it particularly matters, even the secret that is
currently commited, but we should follow best practice and ignore
directories like `tmp`, `log`, etc

The files that were in these are created each time the test suite is
run.
