Tracked down and fixed a couple bugs:
- When both MoG and FFT contribute flux, there was an error that vv was a
1D array and was thus wrong for derivatives other than the 0th.  vv has
now been correctly made a 2D array to fix this and changes have been
propagated through to Fsum and G.

- mogpatch had a couple of discrepancies CPU vs GPU - first was the centering,
fixed using the new dxi and dyi vars, and second was a scaling issue due to
the psfmog var only being added to index 0 of varcopy.
