directive: pagination addition

* Removes the full page range using dots (i.e. 1 2 3 .. 7 8 9 .. 20 22)
  and it just adds the current plus the adjacent pages.

* Adds the option `adjacent-size` to add custom `adjacent` size.

* Adds the option `show-go-to-first-last` to hide `First` and `Last` links.
