Remove all "is value one of these accepted values" checks

We don't really care if the user provides an invalid value in these cases since Elasticsearch will complain anyway. This reduces the amount of boilerplate quite a lot.

The is_int/is_string/is_float checks can go when we switch the library to PHP 7
