Commit Message

Streamline CI matrix and fix template cache key

- tests job: drop 3.11 and 3.13, add 3.14; switch to fail-fast: false
  so per-version failures are independently visible
- coverage job: run on 3.12 only (coverage % is version-independent)
- prefix template cache key with runner.os for future portability
