* feat: add lazy-loading providers for deferred wagmi/viem initialization

* fix: address PR review - avoid children remount, sync before paint, type-only imports, onLoad callback

* test: add tests for readWagmiLocalStorage and createLazyStoreEnhancer

* fix: handle import errors in Web3LazyProvider and remove internal context from public API
