Feature/union res (#30)

* niknaks.functional

- Now uses a union, saves space
- Also makes certain thing shsut up
- Mark certain things as `@safe`, as union access isn't safe
- We no longer need to care about uninitilized things now so we can do as we needed to
- Fixed up unittest
