Add missing test coverage

Adds tests for previously uncovered branches identified from
https://coveralls.io/jobs/186251746, bringing line coverage from
94.68% to 100%:

* Collection#to_s and #method_missing raise path
* Attributes#initialize when representation is not a Hash
* Curie#inspect
* Resource#inspect
* LinkCollection#initialize invalid response error
* EntryPoint::ConnectionAlreadyInitializedError#message and
  #faraday_block= (both the raise and the set path)
* Link#each pagination across pages and the no-block Enumerator path
* Link#method_missing / #delegate_method / #respond_to_missing? for
  all remaining branches
