docs: redesign landing page to match daycry/auth format

Rewrite docs/index.md as a Material landing page (hero + feature cards +
tabbed quick-start + "security by default" cards + resources footer), and
adopt the full daycry/auth extra.css (hero gradient, card hover, rounded
buttons/code) so the published site shares the same look and structure.
