Commit Message

Completed native EPGM writer.

The Ingestor  can now  natively write out  EPGM files. The  output EPGM  IDs are
strings and they can  be either repeatable (generated as class  + orignal ID) or
randomly  generated  UUIDs (for  backwards  compatibility  with Stellar  modules
expecting UUIDs). Curently the application default is native EPGM, with UUIDs.
