Rework pending specs

Implement several pending specs to at least partially test generated code. Other
tests are reworked to include explanations for pending status. After this PR
tests marked pending should be meaningfully pending, and represent technical
debt that can be addressed.

`etd_actor_spec.rb` includes a test that may reveal an edge case bug in Hyrax,
which requires further investigation.
