HANDLERS: Renamed "entity" endpoints to "instance".

- renamed "entity_metadata_url" to "metadata_url".
- "entity_metadata_url" is keep temporarily in the config file to ensure backward compatibility.
- renamed "/entity/alias" to "/instance/alias".
- renamed "/metadata/entity" to "/metadata/instance".
