Commit Message

Implement functions for manipulating literal resource graphs

These are defined in the origins.graph package and include:

- `create_resource`
- `sync_resource`
- `delete_resource`

These methods construct the literal graph, i.e. the 1:1 mapping from
the resource structure defined by client to the graph representation.

This relies on the format defined in #38.
