Filter zsh context names from bridge discovery

The zsh bridge discovery script was incorrectly including zsh internal
context names (e.g., -array-value-, -command-, -default-) in the list
of discovered commands. These context names come from #compdef directives
that specify completion contexts rather than actual commands.

The previous filter pattern '^-$' only matched a standalone dash character,
allowing context names like '-P' or '-value-,TERM,-default-' to pass
through. When these were processed by other shells (particularly Fish),
they caused 'complete: unknown option' errors because the shell completion
systems tried to interpret them as command options.

Changed the filter from '^-$' to '^-' to exclude all entries starting
with a dash, which correctly filters out zsh context names while
preserving actual command names.

On macOS with zsh 5.9, this change filters out 110 problematic context
entries that were previously leaking through.
