2026 05 update (#97) - deploy improvements, otherwise cosmetic

Deploy: force python3.12 (3.14 consumes too much memory;
Deploy:replace aws_nat_gateway with fck_nat (cheaper and way faster and more robust initialization);
daemon,webapi,ui: include binary version into batch info, return it with webapi calls, display it in UI;
