Merge branch 'release-0.63.0'

* release-0.63.0:
  Bumping version to 0.63.0
  Updated several models in the latest version.
  Improved unit test for tunneling bug.
  Fixes infinite CPU loop when tunneling for py26.
  Added ``unique_id_uses_count`` to hooks.
  Added ``page_size`` to control page size.
  Made unit test compatible with Python 3.
