Commit Message

Preparations for version 1.0.

- Run tests with trace-and-clarify-if-possible
- Use current NodeJS versions in TravisCI
- Use "standard --fix" instead of "standard --format" for code formatting
- Pre-push hook to prevent accidental push to master and to prevent pushing
  code that does not conform the StandardJS style
- Replace dependency on q-io with m-io
- Replace dependency on q-deep with deep-aplus
- Bump customize version to ^1.0.0
- Apply code style
