:bang: version 2
- added incrementing, uuid and token generators. these can be used anywhere in kirby not just internal by plugin.
- removed structureobject support (code complexity, use-case might be anti-pattern, better use kirby editor)
- removed collection cache helpers since lapse plugin does a better job
- switched cache to a sqlite db since its faster and easier in this case
- complete code refactorization with unittests
