feat: click on every registration-workflow button, through the media volume (#61)

Audible confirmation that a tap registered, for volunteers in a noisy hall.
Android's own key-click would do it, but only with Touch sounds on, through
the system stream — and the tablets have Touch sounds off and the system
volume muted, so it is silent there.

- ClickSound: one mapping on every Button's handler; at a tap it walks the
  button's ancestors for an IRegistrationWorkflow page or popup and, if the
  Settings switch is on, plays a bundled 30 ms click through SoundPool on
  the media stream. When Touch sounds is on, Android has already clicked,
  so it stays quiet rather than clicking twice.
- The sample is generated, not downloaded: Platforms/Android/Resources/raw/
  click.wav, a 4 ms-decay tick with a 1 ms attack.
- Workflow: Main, Type, Day, Group and Position selection, Verify and Edit
  for groups and positions, Registration Overview, and the consent and
  countdown popups. Main's Admin button opts out with ClickSound.Off.
- Settings gains "Sound on Button Tap", on by default, the tablet's own
  switch (IConfigurationService.IsButtonSoundEnabled, in Preferences).
- On-device criteria for the click, the switch and the Touch-sounds case.
