Commit Message

Update to use the builders in hub-common.

Make code changes to use the ValidationResults object from the builders
in hub common.  Also because we are using a new version of hub-common
there are changes to the CLI installer.  In order to get it to compile
needed to make code changes for the CLI installer to work.
