Commit Message

Update documentation + TS definitions fix

- rename duplicate `start` method in BaseService to `stop` in TS definitions;
- make `DicoogleClient` a CommonJS export and namespace (fixing issues in TypeScript);
- add separate readme file for documentation;
- remove `estraverse` dep, update a few others.
