Commit Message

Fix for range/upordown with negative rates.

This was a bit more hidden because I looked using a line-based search
tool.  Send more static analysis!

Regardless, same fix as for the onetouch formula, with similarly good
results.

Also, some trailing whitespace fixes which were distracting me.
