chore: Use fmt.Fprint instead of fmt.Fprintf for device info

Replaces fmt.Fprintf with fmt.Fprint when writing NeuronDeviceInfo, GpuDeviceInfo, and NetworkCardInfo to the source buffer. This avoids unnecessary formatting and potential issues with format strings.
