fix: remove duplicate release-please workflow

Both release-please.yaml and release.yml ran on push to main,
creating race conditions when attempting to create the same tags
and releases. release.yml handles all release operations (PR
creation, releases, and artifact publishing), making the
duplicate workflow redundant.
