feature(CRUDArticles): User Create Articles CRUD

- ensure that data model for the article features is set up with sequelize
- ensure unit tests are written to test the behaviour of the features to be implemented
- create a controllers containing the algorithm to enable user perform crud operations on articles
- ensure there are validations for user input
- Update swagger documentation to include the features implemented
