test: rewrite the the test to follow the four phase of testing

Why?
all test was rewritten to follow the four phase of testing which
includes:
(1) setup (2) exercise (3) verify (4) teardown

Moreso, the integration(feature) test was placed in its own folder and
each feature is kept in its own file.
