feat: implement payload size limits and schema validation for Signal serialization

- Introduced maximum payload size configuration for serialization, defaulting to 10MB.
- Added Zoi-based schema validation for Signal structures, ensuring compliance with CloudEvents specifications.
- Enhanced error handling for serialization failures, including detailed messages for invalid payloads and schema validation errors.
- Updated serializers (JSON, MsgPack, Erlang Term) to respect payload limits and validate against the new schema.
- Implemented tests to verify functionality and error clarity for various serialization scenarios.
