Fix Credo readbility issues and Enhance documentation across Jido modules

- Add module documentation to `StateManager`, `Tasks`, `Bus`, `Journal`, `Bus.State`, `Bus.Stream`, `Bus.Subscriber`, and `TaskSkill` to provide clear descriptions of their functionalities and usage.
- Improve clarity of existing documentation in action modules, detailing the purpose and operations of each action.
- Update test actions to include documentation for better understanding of IO operations.
