Add the possibility to parse .xz file indexes

Expose `parseFileIndex` and `parseFileIndexFD` which allow
the indexes of `.xz` files to be read in order to retrieve metadata
from them.

This includes code which hopefully will be included in the upstream
liblzma codebase.
