tests: migrate to Mocha

Migrate from Ava to Mocha.
(Ava seems to messing up the reported source code
lines in case of assetion/thrown errors)

Refactor tests source code tree structure,
add stubs with sinon,
add more assertions.

Add husky dev-dependency,
for the prettier staged precommit hook to work.
