Remove deprecated header from test modules

These modules are used in the tests, and still had the `ID:` and
`Update API:` headers. These were leftovers from a former age. They are
no longer needed, but weren’t causing any issues because they were
being effectually ignored. However, WordPoints has now deprecated the
`Update API:` header, so they need to be removed to keep from breaking
the tests.
