feat(key)!: accept key= as Key | Sequence[Key], fold in keys= (#70)

Unify the two typed-key entry points into a single key= parameter:
a single Key keeps the name+formatter wiring, while a sequence of keys
builds the per-name formatter dict for children=True patterns (the
former keys= behaviour). Merges _apply_key/_apply_keys into one helper
and drops the keys= parameter from the builder methods.

keys= was introduced in #66, after the v5.0.0 release, so it was never
published — folding it in is not a breaking change to a released API.
