Bump version to 0.11.52 across all Python integration manifests and update install script defaults (#2016)

- Updated version from 0.11.51 to 0.11.52 in all relevant manifest.json files for Python integration tests.
- Adjusted the default version in the install_tman.sh script to 0.11.52.
