Commit Message

Reverting no-TTY logic.

Colors enabled by default always, like it was before v2.0.0. Lead to
colorclass "not working" during testing in other libraries, leading to
confusion. Better to leave TTY detection up to developers.

Added disable_if_no_tty() convenience method.
