Commit Message

Run all tests in coverage checks.

Improving our test coverage reporting by ensuring that our coverage check
runs all tests by including the recursive option. Also removing the
legacy npm scripts that reference non-existant configuration files that
have no corresponding documentation explaining how to create them before
you can use these scripts.
