updating documentation

Added docs for Exclusive Join task.

Adding Lambda task docs.

documentation: Fix responseTimeoutSeconds best practice

responseTimeoutSeconds should be <= timeoutSeconds. Updated Best Practices
documentation to reflect that. Also fixed references in the examples where the
opposite applied.

Closes #1048.
