Raise LookupError in 'validate' method of SubmissionFileValidator class

* Fix inconsistency between DataFileValidator/SubmissionFileValidator.
* Remove unused 'data_path' from 'test_load_invalid_custom_schema_v1'.
* Don't pass file path as named argument to 'has_errors' method.
