Fix flaky test: exclude %encoded email words from inventEmail

When generating random email addresses, also exclude words extracted
from %encoded emails (like real%test.com@gtempaccount.com). This
prevents random word generation from accidentally including words
like 'test' that could reveal the original encoded email domain.

Fixes intermittent failure in UserTest::testInventEmail at line 919
where strpos($email, 'test') returned 2 instead of false.
